Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon
Certified in Foot, Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Carriero is the Residency Director at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas Podiatric Surgical Residency Program and a Member of the Medical Executive Committee at Scripps Ambulatory Surgery Center. He specializes in podiatric surgery, foot and ankle trauma, congenital deformities, and degenerative conditions. After more than 20 years practicing in Encinitas, California, he now offers his care to Gulf Shores, Alabama and vicinities.
